Median market rate for property management is 8% of rent + GST.
Therefore, if you have a property renting for $650 pw x 52 = 33,800 x 8% = $2,704 + 15% GST = $3,109.60 divided by 12 months total equals $259.13 per month.
We offer 3 options to suit your needs at Let Only - POA, $210 per month; $240 per month – so at 8% savings range from $49.13 and $19.13 per month with plenty more savings to be made if your rents are higher than $650 per week!

- Advertising for new tenancies is charged at TradeMe advertised prices starting from $109 TradeMe.co.nz's property fee calculator
- Letting Fee $550-00 Flat fee to compensate for work involved in renting a property (i.e. advertising, taking enquiries, viewings, vetting tenants, preparing documentation, signing tenants, lodging bonds, Initial Inspection Reports etc)
- Multi-Brueau Credit checks from $18.40 each
- Tenancy Tribunal Administration is charged at $50 per hour however, both the Standard Option and Executive Option include 2 hours per tenancy free
- Possible 10% on top of repairs – only in extreme cases at Agents discretion
- Letting Fee $550-00 Flat fee to compensate for work involved in renting a property (i.e. advertising, taking enquiries, viewings, vetting tenants, preparing documentation, signing tenants, lodging bonds, Initial Inspection Reports etc)

Tenant Vetting – We use a comprehensive on line application requesting potential tenants supply details/references from previous landlords and employers.
References are checked, photo ID is supplied and Multi-Bureau (Centrix and Equifax - formally Veda) Credit checks can be obtained.
Only once references are checked and we are satisfied that the potential tenant is the best fit for your property will we proceed.

No Hidden Costs
No extra fees for Inspection Reports – A full Initial Inspection Report is completed upon each new tenancy with 3 monthly inspections thereafter – these reports are comprehensive with plenty of photos and advise any repairs required and/or suggested maintenance items.
We offer Free Rental Appraisals – Request yours here. Repairs/Maintenance are charged directly to the owner for payment where possible therefore no % on top. Where possible we will give you a heads-up on what is required and approximate costs involved.
